My username and/or password do not work. What is wrong?
Remember the Username and Pasword are case sensitive, e.g., JSmith.
Enter your assigned password (the last 5 digits of your Social Security number).

Why doesn't the login button work?
Your browser does not have 128-bit encryption strength. To fix this, use the following directions:
- Click on Help on your Internet Explorer browser toolbar.
- Choose About Internet Explorer.
- Click on the Update Information link to upgrade your cipher / encryption strength.
- You will be taken to the Microsoft website.
- Follow the directions laid out there.

What do I need to be running in order to use IMX Exchange?
Here are the specifications in order to run IMX Exchange:
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater, 128-bit encryption strength.
- A minimum of a 56k modem, with a valid Internet connection.

When I click on "Launch IMX Broker," it fails to launch. What can I do about this?
Your browser most likely does not have the most recent compatible java foundation to operate correctly.
To fix this, use the following directions:
- Go to Microsoft's Windows Update.
- Choose Product Updates.
- Download Microsoft Virtual Machine.
- Install then restart PC. Re-launch IMX Broker.

Why don't I see the Post Loan / Edit Loan / Get Bids button(s)?
This situation occurs if your screen resolution is set to anything lower than 800x600 pixels. (Use Start > Settings >
Control Panel > Display > Settings > Display Area to adjust this to 800x600 or greater.)

How do I post a loan to IMX Exchange using Calyx Point?
This depends on the version of Calyx Point that you are running.
- If you are using Calyx Point 3.6b or earlier, you must use IMX XpressBridge (see XpressNotes) to post your loans.
- If you are using Calyx Point 3.6c or greater, go to XpressNotes for detailed posting instructions.

I just used Point to post my loan. Where did it go and what do I do now?
Use the Notification button (the red & white checkered flag button located on the Point toolbar) to find out if the
loan has posted successfully to IMX Exchange. (Note: the Notification button will only highlight if there are no open windows
within Point.)

What is the purpose of this IMX Config icon on my desktop?
This program will allow you to change your username or your password. Note: only use this if you confirm the
username/password change with IMX Exchange. Do not change your username or password.

How do I post my loans using XpressBridge?
The following is a simple outline of steps needed to post:
- Launch IMX XpressBridge.
- Select your Loan Origination Software (LOS) - Point, Contour or Genesis.
- Locate your borrower file.
- Import your borrower file.
- Click on Send to IMX.
- Verify that that loan posted with IMX Exchange Server Messages that are returned.

Why does it keep saying that I have an "Invalid Property Address - at least a state is required"?
This is due to one of three issues:
- At least a state is required in the property address.
- The file was not chosen from the Open File window, but rather typed in.
- There exists a duplicate file in the directory that prevents the post. (Please call IMX Exchange technical support for
resolution at (800) 401-4639.)

It says that my username is wrong - but I thought I typed it in correctly.
The username in XpressBridge is case-sensitive, just as our website is. For example, if your name were John Smith, your
username would be JSmith.

When I attempt to Send to IMX, I get an error message of "Unable to Connect..." What's wrong?
You must be using a 56k (minimum) modem with a valid Internet connection established before you attempt to post your
loan to IMX Exchange. If you are still experiencing trouble, it may be due to firewall and/or proxies issues on your local
network. (Call IMX Exchange technical support for more info on this topic.)
